Current Vacancies
Tranquility Group, a multi-business group encompassing hospitality, F&B, and property, is seeking a highly seasoned Group Senior Accounting professional to lead, control, and strengthen group-wide financial operations across all business units.
This role is designed for a senior finance leader who is not only technically strong in accounting, but also capable of implementing financial governance, internal controls, and strategic reporting at group level, while partnering closely with Directors and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations and cash flow management
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements
• Manage payroll, vendor payments, and invoicing
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal controls
• Coordinate financial and tax reporting with external tax consultants
• Support management with financial insights and reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting / Finance
• Strong background in group / multi-entity accounting
• Proven experience in senior or leadership-level accounting roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and accounting systems
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Experience in Hospitality, F&B, or Property groups is highly preferred
We are looking for a full-time, in-house Social Media Manager to own and elevate our digital presence across key platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands storytelling, branding, and performance-driven content within the luxury real estate space.
The Role:
You will take full ownership of Tranquility’s social media strategy and day-to-day execution across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with TikTok forming part of our future roadmap.
